"Email's intoxicating qualities are now well known: It's convenient, efficient, simple, and informal, and way to stay connected to more people, a democratizing force in the workplace and less intrusive than the telphone. But as email proliferates, its more pernicious effects are increasingly evident. Much as it facilitates the conduct of business, email is threatening to overrun people's lives."

Using email now become famous because of fascinating features in that it is useful, easy to use, effective, and casual and makes people more connectable; moreover, people can work with equality and be less interrupted than the telephone. However, the more people use email, the more the side effects of email arise steadily. People’s livings are disturbed by email, even though it accelerates the efficiency of the business management.
